Personal Statement
Basketball is my life. I am a hardworking student-athlete who is passionate about the game of basketball. As captain of my High School basketball team I know what it takes to be a leader and make players around me better. I need to be more balanced and increase my grades as much as possible because school comes first. My mother has drilled this into me and she is the one who put me into this sport so I'm very thankful to have her. I am a very dynamic player as I can play different positions on the court, I'm also defensive minded as I know defence leads to offence. There's always room for improvement and I think I need to improve on my ball handling the most. I'm very coachable and im always open to learn new things on the court and in the classroom.
