Personal Statement
My name is Achie Joseph I currently live in Australia as an African American and I have been playing basketball in high school at high A grade level as a point guard, Averaging 22 points a game. I am looking for a college to attend and bring my natural talents and skills into the spotlight and take my basketball career to the next level. Since I’ve been in Australia there is not much opportunities allowing me to make basketball a career and play in the big leagues such as the NBA. I am wanting an opportunity to show my team leadership, confidence and most importantly my basketball abilities. I would also like the opportunity to train within your team and show you that I don’t disappoint, so you can put me on that court with no mistake. I will be 100% devoted to the team and coaching to bring the best game and make shock in the near future. Please write back to me as soon as possible.
I major in Mechanical engineering, I have been studying this course for 3 years while attending Underdale High School. I completed the course as a VET program achieving certificate 1 and 2. I finished high school in 2019 with above average grading in south Australia. I also have completed 72 hours of work experience in a mechanic garage.
