Personal Statement
My name is Noah Todd and I live in Melbourne, Australia. I am a 6'6" shooting guard but can play multiple positions. I am a strong athlete who can defend 1-4 and has a high basketball IQ. I am a late developer and have worked hard on developing my skill set as I have grown, while maintaining a strong outside shot.
I am very coachable, have a great work ethic, demonstrate commitment, discipline, resilience and am a likeable teammate. I have never had an issue fitting into a new environment, making new connections and earning the respect and support of my teammates and coaches alike.
This year, I was selected to represent my state at the Under 20 Australian Championships. At 17, I was the youngest player on my team, a starter who averaged 25+ minutes and was a valued contributor to my team both offensively and defensively.
On a weekly basis, I play at the highest level of basketball in Victoria for my age group and am also currently training with an NBL1 team in the second highest league in Australia. I have been selected in my state's high performance basketball programs for a number of years and have tested as an elite athlete in speed, agility and endurance.
I am keen to pursue a college basketball opportunity in order to realise my athletic potential and further develop my skills in the college environment, playing under professional, experienced coaches and against the best competition possible. I am also an avid explorer and love experiencing new environments and traveling.
I look forward to having the opportunity to discuss how I would be an asset to your team.

“I have had the pleasure of coaching Noah Todd at the highest level you can as a junior in basketball in Australia. Noah was a member of the Victorian team at the recent Under 20 Australian National Championships held in May, where he demonstrated his ability to compete with the best in the country. Noah exhibited his elite shooting skills and his ability to lockdown the opposition’s best player. Noah has also displayed his work ethic, discipline, and dedication over the last four years in our State Development Program, where the best athletes in the state workout multiple mornings a week for their individual development. Noah will be an amazing addition to any basketball program around the world and we are proud he has been a member of our Basketball Victoria programs.”
