Personal Statement
Although I started playing basketball at a very late age in 16, I have drastically shown major improvement. I have quickly grasped the fundamentals of basketball and improved beyond that. As a result, I would consider myself as a very determined person, as well as someone who constantly gives it their all. I have quite a high IQ for basketball and that shows on both ends of the floor. To compensate for my height, I am a defensive-minded player as I love being a pest on the ball. Also, I will always listen to the coach and do whatever is best for the team.
Academically, I have always been achieving mostly B’s and above with constant A’s in Chemistry and English. In college, I will be doing my best to earn a bachelor’s degree in sports management due to my passion in business and sports in general. I am looking forward to experiencing the American system while also being able to possibly play basketball more often than I do now due to the country I am in.
