Personal Statement
I have many goals for my upcoming college life. Achieving great academic success as well as being able to compete in the game that I love are the two main goals I have for college. I have always been a rather active child. The day I discovered basketball was the day I discovered my passion. Since then it has been my daily motivation, it has pushed me to my limits on many occasions and taught me valuable lessons about perseverance and discipline. I have been able to apply these lessons in my daily and academic life in order to be the best student and the best version of myself. I would hope to make a great candidate for your team as I know how to show motivation and am eager to compete. I want to discover and learn everything I can about basketball in order to play at the best level I possibly can. I am confident when affirming I have good work ethics and most importantly I love the spirit and the environment that surrounds a basketball team, the simple idea of playing with other students that are passionate about basketball is truly thrilling to me.
