• 3 workouts of 1h30-2h per day, Monday to Saturtday ( 2 saturday if runs). Sunday off.

• My talent is one that have been formed in the gym. My workouts specifies in three categories, all of them containing different workouts. 1) Weight room ( Reinforcement and strengntening through heavy lifting and isometrics, explosivity with plyometrics and jumping exercices with low weight and reps, overall speed, reactivity and lateral speed through cones works, ladder drills, sand work, reactivity touches + upper body reinforcement without rushing a bulk, and a core workout i do every mornings). 2) Advanced fundamental and game situations. [basketball] (Training of finishing workout under 1 foot, 2 foot, off a pass, off the dribble, floaters. Training of ballhandling static, in movement, pound, hang time, manipulation, two balls work, heavy ball work, in press situation with a teammate [up and down in a restricted path with teammate's pressure to train bringing the ball up]. Training of shooting catch and shoot 2's and 3's, moving catch and shoot 2's and 3's, pull up off ball off a screen action 2's and 3's, high post face up pull up of triple threat, fadeaways 2 shoulders from each side of the block [in a situation where a smaller guard is guarding me, i sometimes bring them to the post to opperate from there as a Luka doncic or Shai alexander would do, as a 6'6 SG , i'm most of the time a missmatch to my defender]. 3) Skills training [focused on isolation, 1on1 situations and self creating shoot} (Off the dribble pull up 2's and 3's from 5 spots additioning the 2 slots, separation moves into shoot 2's and 3's [step back, side step, pound freeze dribble, hezi pull up, missdirections,]. Finishing off the dribble with bump, euro steps, slow steps, scissor steps, fakes, bump + fakes + under, floaters, dunks.)
