I have been playing basketball for approximately 6 years. I have been involved in representative basketball for my club Sunshine Coast Phoenix where I was awarded MVP for the 2016, 2017 and 2018 season. I was selected as a developmental player for Phoenix in the elite Queensland Basketball League which gave me the opportunity to grow and play/train at a much higher level. I really loved being a part of this team as I believe pushing yourself beyond your limits is detrimental to your playing development.
My dream is to play college basketball with a lifetime goal to make it to the NBA or NBL . It’s a pie in the sky but it is definitely achievable and I intend to give it everything I’ve got to make it happen!
I am an athletic small forward with good length and touch. Aggressive scorer in the open floor and can finish both hands when contested at the rim. Quality slash and drive moves in attack and can play off two feet in the paint. Consistent medium range jump shot with smooth high release. Quick feet and active hands with quality ball handling. Good vision with a high basketball IQ. Active on the glass. Versatile defender with good timing and shot blocking ability. Extremely coachable athlete with great character, and plenty of potential for further development.
