Personal Statement
My early commitment to basketball, has given me opportunities that no other kid should have. The more I pursue the sport and lifestyle of the game, the more my aspirations change and I want to play and fulfill that goal of playing at both the National Team and the collegiate level.
I compete in the Under 18 national league, also the EABL Under 19 School league where I captain the team. I currently average 14.67 pts., 48% FG and 4.5 assists per game. Furthermore I play for Loughborough D4 and D2 men’s senior teams and have also been selected to play on the Under 18 England national team with the aspiration to make the final team for this year’s European championships.
Playing up age groups has always been my goal, because I have a passion of earning respect from other players and proving to myself and everyone that my hard work pays off. I have a strong, coachable personality that has the ability to lead in difficult scenarios. I play all out on both ends of the floor and am very proactive to find and take on new challenges.
I work hard and transfer my solid mind set and work ethic to the academic side of becoming an elite player. I understand the balance between school work and playing and my high GPA shows my determination to succeed in both parts of the student athlete life.
