GIORKIS HADJIVASILI '22 Recruiting Profile

As a young kid, I had the opportunity to try various sports such as soccer, swimming, dancing and even table tennis. Fortunately, at the age of ten, I found a sport that I loved and fascinated me, basketball. From then on, I devoted my time and effort everyday towards my goal of playing basketball at a college level, putting in the hard work on and off the court to reach the best of my potential. Through basketball, my communication and leadership skills have surfaced. Moreover, being a student-athlete, my entire life has allowed me to become a very organized and disciplined individual who sets goals and achieves them. One of the goals that I had set was to excel in the SAT examination and as a result I scored 1380 in my exam. In addition to that, I am expecting to graduate high school with a perfect 4.0 GPA score. This combination of academic excellence and 8-year basketball experience enables me to become a unique individual that fits the culture of the collegiate level of basketball.
