Personal Statement

With ten years of experience, I believe I am a good candidate for your University Basketball team. While playing for the APOEL men’s team, I have had the opportunity to play with many talented teammates who had already graduated from NCAA colleges and who now play as professionals overseas such as Mike Morisson from George Masson’s University; Jerry Evans Jr; Donte Poole from Murray State University; Anthony Roberson NBA player from Florida University. I have excellent team working and cooperation skills and I am a very dedicated and motivated individual. As captain of my High School Basketball Team I practiced and developed my leadership skills and communication skills. In addition to discipline, I exercise good time management as I could perform well at school and balance an intense daily training schedule. My goals and aspirations are to succeed academically in a Business related degree, learn new skills and continue to play Basketball at a high and competitive level.Also i am an active member of the Cyprus National Team in the Under 20 team.Finally i was elected Athlete of the year in my high school for the last season.
