Personal Statement

Although the general consensus about British basketball players is slow, lazy and unathletic, I assure my coach Daniel Stevens will confirm that not only am I the complete opposite, but I bring passion and energy to every team and individual practice. Like Kevin Durant, I am a true believer that hard work beats talent, when talent fails to work hard. Which is why I practice drills shown to me by coaches religiously, until I have mastered them. I spent my summertime at hoop group elite in Reading, PA and training with professional basketball player Louis Sayers in order to expand my game. I wish to eventually end up playing professional basketball myself in Europe or running my own business. I truly believe that my competitive attitude and unbeatable work ethic will bring success to any teams culture.
