Personal Statement
I’m a 6’5 Point guard playing at Lee College. Basketball wasn’t my first love, but since I started basketball, I cannot imagine a life without it. When I don’t play the game, I study it. I love playing defense, playmaking and winning. I am a firm believer that life is a marathon, so I am always going to outwork everyone because I know that one day opportunity is going to meet preparation.
My coaches tell me that I’m one of the hardest works they’ve seen, I have a very high IQ, but it makes me overthink the game sometimes.
As a 6'5" and 208 Lbs point guard, I can guard 1 to 4, be affective on the glass, easily facilitate for others and score the ball. I do not really care about my stats, as soon as we are winning. I’m going to do what the team needs from me on this day.
My goal is not to play NCAA Division 1 basketball, but to be a great player in the NBA, no matter the path.
