Personal Statement
Dear College Coaches,
Basketball has earnest place in my heart which has shaped me to be a stronger individual. I am a 14 year old Spanish boy who has lived in several places around the globe, now living in Switzerland. I currently play for a team named BC Allswchil, which does not fail to achieve the highest accomplishments yearly. My specialties are playing low post, rim protection and a reliable mid range. I am also extremely coachable, I have always been taught to take others peoples advice and acknowledge others ideas. Through the game I have learned critical life skills like teamwork, perseverance, and my favorite, discipline. I believe these are not only applied on court but also to my external life, helping me become more mature and independent. I am currently working hard to strengthen my academics to help me secure a place in a selective college where I can play basketball at the highest level. I would love to be part of your team and I expect that we could go far together on this journey. Thank you for taking the time to consider me.
