Personal Statement
PLAYING FOR A PROFESSIONAL TEAM AND STILL ELIGIBLE FOR NCAA AND COLLEGE AS A FRESHMAN 2021
This season I play for Norrköping Dolphins which is one of the best teams in Sweden, a professional team in the mens league with a high level of basketball. That means I compete everyday, twice per day, with former G-League, NCAA D1 and D2 players. For the moment averaging 10-11 minutes per game with a 13-3 record. Important to know is that I am still eligIble for NCAA, NAIA, which was important to me.
I am hard working both on the basketball court as well as in the classroom. I am not afraid to take command, give or receive criticism and most importantly to support the team in whatever way necessary. I have played basketball for a long time and basketball have taken me to many countries so far, both with my club and national youth team. From the age of 15 I have been playing on mens teams and I have received many honors both from my club and from the Swedish basketball association.
I aspire to play for four years at college and hopefully take the step to professional basketball afterwards. At the same time I value both my academic and social development, and of course I want to take part of the American culture that I have already learned to appreciate through many trips to the United States.
