Personal Statement
My name is Rhys Lemke, I'm 18 years old and I am a dedicated and hard-working person. I don't like to half do things, if I've been set a task I make sure to complete it to the best of my abilities. My long term goal and passion is to become a Student-Athlete in the US College system, to be able to complete a Degree in Business Management whilst fulfilling my dream of playing basketball at a college level. In terms of basketball, I value my unselfishness and ability to make others better on the court while I'm out there with them, whether that be setting them up with a good shot, or simply spacing the floor correctly and having my teammates back. I like to play uptempo, getting steals and deflections to be able to get out and run the floor putting pressure on my opponent. I also like to crash the glass on both offensive and defensive ends, using my height as an advantage over people playing the same position. I recently completed the SAT and gained a score of 1110.
