Hello, My name is Wyatt Beath and I am 17 years old. An aspect about me that makes me stand out from other players is my communication skills and the energy I bring to each and every practice, workout and game. I believe that I am a hard working and dedicated teamate, committed to making my teamates better. At the end of my last season, I was awarded the enhancement award by my school's program, which is awarded to a player who shows the consistent ability to help his teamates improve on and off the court. I would describe my play style as someone who is not afraid of anyone, and can play at any position, regardless of my 6'2-190 frame. More specifically I am a high-energy, communicating and aggressive defender who thrives on the help side when I can see the whole court, but can also be a pest on the ball. On offense, I love to make my teamates look good with my passing ability but I am not afraid to make my own scoring opportunities by getting to the rim and taking shots from anywhere on the court. I have been dedicated to my improvement in basketball for as long as I can remember, putting in countless extra hours during pre and post season, getting up 300+ shots multiple mornings a week before school, and spending almost all of my summer attending camps like PGC (Point Guard College) where I am a three time graduate, and an AAU program known as Global Squad, where I led my team in 3PM and total points scored throught the summer. Finally, basketball means more to me than anything else in the world and I would do just about anything to play for as long as I possibly can, because I am never happier than I am when I am on the court.
