I have been playing basketball since i was about five years old. I can remember playing in my grandparents alley with my uncle. I loved having a ball in my hand and I still do. I have played in over fifty 3 on 3 basketball tournaments since the age of 5. I played all through grade school for the YMCA league and all the way up until now. I played JV level as a Freshman and Varsity level as a Sophomore. I have a good three point shot. I consider myself a team player and, a team leader. I have pretty good ball handling skills, I work hard on the court and in the weight room. I practice my three pointer and free throws on my own time every chance I get. Last year I was picked for All Conference second team. I averaged 10.5 points. I shot 43.3 percent from three-point range and I led the Chiefs with 68 three-pointers. I have been working at the YMCA since i was 14 years old. I used to volunteer on the weekends helping out with the flag football, the y league basketball, the dances, and the birthday parties they would have. They hired me on when i turned 16.
School is very important to me and I make sure I study hard and keep my grades up.
I want to attend college where I can get a great education and play basketball. This is my dream and my goal.
