Igor Kagabo '18 Recruiting Profile

Hi,

My name is Igor Kagabo, Basketball has always been my passion since I was 8 years old. The first time I stepped my foot on the court, I literally fell in love with the game. I was born and raised in Montreal, Canada and I’m now in the United States at Sunrise Christian Academy (Kansas) to get one step closer to my most desirable goal, which is to be able to play College Basketball in the States.

I came a long way and I’ve worked really hard to get where I’m at now (Athletically and Academically). When I will attend College, I would like to get in health or business. Those are two subject that I really love and that I am passionate about. I am a 6 foot 6 small forward with an excellent shot, also I value defence and I always give my 100%. I can bring leadership, a lot of momentum and I am a very coachable player.

By all means, education is something really important for me. I currently have an 3.0/4.0 GPA and I really want to obtain a degree.
