Damani Cleveland '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Damani Cleveland (dash), I'm 17 years old, and a 6’0” guard. I started playing basketball when I was 8, which was when I also started playing competitively. The skills I will bring to a college program is shooting, driving and finishing, playmaking, and a good IQ. I wake up early and dedicated to make sure I am the first one in the gym while also being the last one to leave to better my skills. I have the desire to improve my ball handling and shot creating while still maintaining my drive and finish. I also fill the Varsity positions of running back and kick return for my 6A high school. In addition, I volunteer for my cities elementary schools, community garden, nursing homes, and more. I have a strong work ethic with a passion for basketball; however, that will not distract me from obtaining my degree in sports management. My name is Damani Cleveland and will not disappoint.
