Malachi Coleman '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Malachi Coleman. I am great defender with the ability to read the offense which allows for me to get deflections and steals. I lead the team in steals, charges and I am the 3rd leading rebounder.  I am left handed, but I have the skill set to utilize  both sides of the floor. As a true point guard, I am 'team oriented' with the overall goal of making my teammates better. Once you review my highlights, you will see that I definitely have the ability to score. I am very coachable and a great listener regarding instruction. My goal is to be a well rounded scholar athlete and excel in both the classroom and on the court. DuPont Manual High school is ranked #1 in the state academically and 46th nationally, so I am competitive and accept challenges. I understand that striving to be a great student athlete is important, but it is more important to strive to be a good overall person.
