Eli Finley '25 Recruiting Profile

I aspire to be a collegiate basketball player, a successful student, and a good man.   I work hard to reach my goals.  PGC camp taught me how to structure my training.  I am committed to growing in my skills and abilities.  I have a 28" standing CMJ vertical, a 36" running vertical jump and an estimated 1RM back squat of 295 lbs as of spring of my freshman year.   I have been identified as a gifted leader and as gifted intellectually and academically.  I look to use my leadership and communication skills to encourage and involve my teammates.  I am a 3-level scorer with a very effective mid-range jumper.  I get to the middle of the floor well which allows me to easily find teammates for assists. In my freshman varsity season, my team won our district title and 2A Sectional Championship.  I led my team in scoring and was named an All-District and All-Region Player.  In my freshman varsity season, I averaged 16.2 ppg (38.6% 3FG, 48.5% FG). In AAU, I play for EAB Tennessee, a 3SSB team.   I am a Christian with strong family support.
