I’m looking forward to being a student athlete in college. My education is as important as basketball because I know that I will need it to have success in my future. My love for basketball has lead me to pursue playing at the next level. I enjoy all aspects of the game and working to improve them. I’ve spent countless hours year round perfecting my shot and becoming very consistent. I take pride in my outside shot because I know it puts extra stress on the defense to make sure they know where I am at all times. But I also take pride in being an all around player, having the ability to score at all levels and getting my teammates involved. Most importantly I’m willing to do whatever it takes to put my team in the best position to win the game. Coaches have always found me to be a very coachable player, which is important to me because I’m a student of the game and I’m always looking to improve.
What makes me stand out from other recruits is my academics. I take school very seriously and have always excelled in the classroom. My unweighted gpa is a 95 on a 100 point scale while taking honors level classes and college courses.
I also enjoy the camaraderie of sports. I enjoy the relationships with my teammates and coaches on and off the court.
