I am a 9th grade ball player, I was first influenced to play basketball by my dad. I became interested in the sport when my dad signed me up for 4th grade Parks and Rec League and I developed a love for the game. Three things I have learned from the game is, I am very competitive, I am a leader and to accomplish something you need to do your best. My academic goals for high school and college is to continue, and maintain honor status as a student. The biggest obstacle I had to overcome is how people underestimate me and stereotype me. My unique characteristics that I bring to the court is endurance, integrity, and a strong wok ethic. With the characteristics I have I intend to bring a positive effort in the classroom, on the court, and in everything I do.
