Brandon Prox '19 Recruiting Profile

I love the game of basketball.  I started playing at age 6 in the HCYP Rec. league.  While playing rec. I was voted to play in several All Star games  at the end of the season.  In fifth grade I tried out for travel basketball and made the Columbia Ravens basketball team.  I played winter travel, and AAU in the spring, for the Columbia Ravens during fifth thru eighth grades.  I plan to continue playing AAU thru high school.  When I was younger I also played soccer and flag football.   I enjoyed playing them as well but didn’t have the passion I have for basketball.  I also plan to continue playing basketball in college.  I love the game and am looking forward to finding a school with a good program in basketball and where I can get a great education.   I was the only freshman on my high school varsity team and I was also a starter.  I have been a starter on varsity for the last 3 years.  I am currently co-captain of my team.  I am looking forward to helping my team, while also improving my game, thru high school and believe that I will also be a great asset to my team in college.  I am currently taking Honors level courses and believe academics are very important.  I want to find a school where I can excel academically as well as athletically.
