Andrew Krop '10 Recruiting Profile

I am a high school senior, and am about to start my second year of varsity basketball (I have also played two years of JV basketball). I am 6'2", 155 lbs, and have a 74" wingspan. I recently received a league Honorable Mention my Junior year, and played on a talented AAU U17 team (High Octane). I was co-captain of our basketball team last year, and have been personally training with one of my basketball coaches since last October. During this time of training I have: developed better ball handling skills, extended my shooting range, gained muscle, and increased my speed and agility. It is my dream to play college sports in order to bring praise and glory to God. Having worked out at the gym five days a week this summer with my coach, I know that I will bring a strong work ethic to any team that I play for. I want to go to a Christian college with good Biblical doctrine. I am looking to play for a college in the NCCAA, NCAA, or NAIA. My desire is to go into Pastoral Ministries and Biblical studies. My athletic goal is to play at the highest level possible, while bringing leadership and a strong work ethic to a team. I truly have a love for the game of basketball, and enjoy the competitive play and the teamwork involved. I hope to play alongside athletes and coaches who have a passion for the game.
