Darryl Carthan jr '20 Recruiting Profile

   I remember when I  was about five years old and my dad put a ball in my hand. I have not looked back . It started out with soccer and eventually moved on to basketball and football, but basketball always remained my first love.  It just felt good inside and ever since then, I have  loved the game. I've been through some rough times during the game ,but I kept on going because I don't give up. When I'm in the class room I'm always focused because education comes before basketball. I have good relationships with my coaches and teammates, I am a quick learner, and over the years I've seen my game develop and improve.  I have more passion and love for the game of basketball and I get very excited every time I get an opportunity to play ball.  If given an opportunity to play in college, I promise to give 100% to my education and to my coaches.
