I would like to use basketball as a tool to pursue my degree in psychology. Mental health is extremely important especially among young student athletes based on the stress that we endure. Whether intentionally or unintentionally. As a 6’ combo guard it has never restricted me from playing any and every position my coach needs me to play. Since I was 5 years old I have always competed against players bigger/stronger than me and I have held my own especially on defense. I believe playing both sides of the ball equally is my greatest strength. I am coach able, unselfish and committed. My hard work, passion and natural abilities are what makes coaches, players and fans enjoy watching me play. Along with great defense I pay attention to detail and take pride in the little things. I started varsity as a 7th grader. Since then I have made all conference team 3 years and recently conference player of the year.
