Basically, I love sports and always have. From a very young age, I participated in many sports, but basketball always stood out as my passion. Starting out in rec gave me the opportunity to develop my skills and find out how much I love the game. Winning championships 3 years in a row and scoring the winning basket in the last second of one of them, lit the fire even more. I progressed to play on my middle school and high school teams, and have played for several travel teams. I have a high IQ both on and off the court, with a good head for the game.
I look forward to playing basketball at the collegiate level and being part of a program that is a great fit for me both academically and athletically. I know I will have a positive impact on your team not only on the court, but in the locker room. I am hard working, relentless, a good team player, and am always ready for a challenge. Sportsmanship is very important to me. I am known to be an excellent teammate, encouraging fellow players and being the first to high five the guys coming off the court.
I am driven to reach my fullest potential academically, personally, and on the basketball court. My parents have instilled in me the work ethic and drive to achieve my goals, the ability to see what’s really important, and the character to be the best person I can be.
