Competing in the shore conference tournament as a sophomore showed me what atmosphere I want to compete in day in and day out. Although that year I also grew as a student athlete and began applying myself in the class room as much as I do on the court. The experience I have had as a varsity basketball player is second to none. My love for this sport has led me to become the best all-around player I can be, which gives me the capability of playing at the college level.
I am blessed to be a part of such an amazing program and school, providing me with a CAC (Catholic Athletes for Christ) program that leads me to win on and off the court. This year the birth of a shore conference tournament slipped through my hands from a player and team stand point. However, this has led me to work even harder in the class room and on the hard wood. Which made me learn the important skills of work ethic, leadership and commitment that it takes to play for a college team. I know that I have what it takes to be a leader at your school as well as on your team.
