I've been playing the game of basketball since I was 7 years old. I was a dual sport player playing basketball and football in my earlier childhood years. As a freshman my body changed which was a better fit for basketball, since my freshman year, I gave up football and I've been more focused on striving to become a better basketball player. My key strengths are my on/off ball defense, strong work ethic, quality shooter, quick learner and a high basketball IQ but most of all, a coachable student of the game.
Off the court I volunteer at a local basketball camp in the summer for three weeks because I enjoy teaching young kids the game. I try to succeed in the classroom as much as I can to keep my grades and GPA as high as possible. In college I will continue to push myself to succeed in the classroom to the best of my abilities. I want to perform at the highest level possible. And to do that I will put in 100% effort to achieve my goals.
