Michael Famosa '15 Recruiting Profile

My name is Michael Famosa and I am 5'10, 155 lb senior from Rahway High School in New Jersey with a 4.0 GPA. I am a hard worker in all areas in my life, from family, to education, and basketball I try my best excell to my highest ability.

During my senior campaign I was fortunate enough to have a very successful year. I was able to lead my team in both scoring and assists leading us to a team record of 13-8. Despite an early exit in the playoffs it was a very successful year as not a lot was expected from us that year.

Some individual accomplishments include:

1. Leading team in points and assists

2. Led Union County in 3 point field goals made

3. First Team All Conference

4. All Union County Team

5. Honorable Mention for All Area Team

6. Named one of the finalists for Top Player in Union County

In 3rd grade is when I first picked up a basketball not having any idea that one day I would to be able to play the game at the collegiate level. Fast foward a couple of years and this game has taught me so much about my self. It has make my family proud and and helped me be able to achieve a 4.0 GPA. Playing College basketball is a dream I have always had and I will not stop until I achieve my goal.
