Brian Day '21 Recruiting Profile

As I consider my college selections, my thoughts have turned to not only my athletic future, but my career choice. As an athlete, I am willing to do whatever it takes to win. I can fit any role that I am assigned to. I want to do anything to help my team win and build relationships with my teammates, coaching staff, and everyone in an organization. Team play has been ingrained in me since the third grade. I pride myself on working harder than anyone else on the floor. I push myself as well as my teammates. I love being a leader and an extra coach while on the floor. Being a point guard, I know I have to be a representation of my coach and control our team and the pace of the game. What drives me every day is that I want to prove myself. I love competing against the best and I don't back down from anyone.  I am very passionate about basketball, but I want to take pride in the classroom as well. I want to show that I am an all around student athlete. This has been my dream since I started playing basketball. It's a beautiful game and I enjoy every second of it.
