Austin Griner '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi Coaches, my name is Austin Griner, I am 18 years old and graduated high school in 2024 at Sackets Harbor Central School in upstate New York. In high school I joined the 1000 point club, won league MVP 2x, was named League all star 3x, along with all-NYS 3rd team in 2023, made it to sectional championship in 2023, all-NYS first team 2024, NYS player of the year class D 2024, NYS small school MVP class D-B, All-North MVP 2x, Section 3 champion 2024, NYS state champ runner up class D. I currently attend International Sports Academy (ISA) in Sandusky, Ohio as a post grad student.Coming from a small town it isn't as easy to get recruited at a high level. I am a hard worker on and off the court and I am always engaged with everything I do. In high school I carried a 3.3 gpa on a 4.0 scale. I can score on all 3 levels, handle the ball, create for myself and teammates, and defend. I also am still learning and growing as a leader.
