I am a strong student academically and athletically. My GPA is 4.0 (95 weighted average) and I am serious about school and basketball. I want to play at the highest level in college and continue to play after college, in some capacity. I will major in finance or business because I want to work at an investment bank when I am done playing basketball. I currently participate in a Science, Technology Entry Program each summer.
I would be a standout candidate for a college team because I bring a positive attitude, I work hard, and bring great teamwork to each game. My coaches tell me that I am very coachable and positive. I also like to see my teammates succeed so that we can win as a team. I bring intense athleticism with powerful agility. My current standing vertical jump is 32 inches, and my standing long jump is 8ft, 11 inches. I am driven and self-motivated. I have always been athletic. I swam competitively, played baseball, ran track, and played on the varsity soccer team as a freshman. In addition, I enjoy studying other cultures and languages and can speak and understand beginner-intermediate Japanese. I also play drums and the keyboard. Thank you.
