John Bowen '17 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is John Bowen and I plan to play college basketball. I am in the beta club and I am an honors student with a 4.3 GPA. I am a good person in the community and I sometimes volunteer at camps for young basketball players. My plans are to go to college and major in sports medicine and graduate with a bachelor's degree. I work as hard in the classroom as I do on the court. I play on the inside, but I can also play outside and handle ball while I am known to be a good shooter. I can block shots well or I make it hard for my opponent to score. I am a good rebounder as I use my length to my advantage. I can find ways to score or I will find an open teammate. I am a good leader, I show good sportsmanship, I will help my teammates and lift them up, and I do what's best for the team.
