I have been playing basketball since I was five years old. Since I first stepped on the court, I have wanted to play at the collegiate level. I feel that I am strong at ball handling skills, soft hands, and a high basketball IQ. I proved that I am a team leader and try to lead by example while also encouraging my teammates. I consider myself to be a coach-able player and always strive to be the hardest working player on the team. Off the court, I study hard and try to maintain a good GPA.
I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom, and strive to be one of the best on the court. I am open to all options and want to find the right college match, at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to become a great role model to others and make my parents proud. My father played college basketball. He also coach my brother and I when we were young. For a few years he gave up coaching High School basketball, to be our coach, so that he could spend quality time helping to mold us into young men and to be coach-able basketball players. I also have the honor of having him as my High School basketball coach, for the next four years. I would love to follow in his footsteps, and make him proud of all the things he has taught me!
