My name is David J. Goweh, I was born into the union of Mr. and Mrs. Goweh. Firstly, I must say that I am humble to be apart of such framework such as (NCSA) I thank God for my parents, who keep me grounded in the things of God, and are my strong pillows. I believe that I am a good candidate because I am a keen listener, who paid every respect, I am also a person who is focused-and know what I want In life-and I am not uncouth. I am aspiring to do well in school- because that is the way I know that my future can be more promising. Recognizing that the world is advancing - I have to be on the top of my game academically. I desire to be a great basketball player - however, I am keenly aware - that I do be in t\he position that I do both or don't play at all. Acknowledging that I have the support, and blessing of my parent - this keeps me going and want to become even more. I take being part of this very important organization. I will do my best, and not take this for play. Because there are many more young men out there who hope to be in the position that I am at this point. I want to be a role model for the many found out there who aspire to do well in life.
As stated in my opening, I love the game of basketball, and my passion is strong for the ball. But I do want the game to take over my life - because, while it is true that I love the game, I am aware that we who love the game are many. So, it only makes sense to do both my school work and put in a good amount of time to get myself situated - any "curve ball" that may come along in life.
