I would like to play at a competitive school at the collegiate level. I will always put in work and I'm willing to sacrifice many things to contribute to a team. I would like to use a basketball career at the college level to not only inspire myself but others as well. I would like to show people that if you follow your dreams you can do anything. I know I am different than other athletes because most athletes stop when things get difficult or if the opponent is taller or stronger. I keep going because I know that the determination in your heart is way more important than even your skills and athleticism. I feel like I also see the bigger picture in things, like instead of sleeping in or going out at night, I'll stay in the gym. A quote by J. Cole explains that there may be beauty in the hardships, but ugliness in achievements. I hope to inspire children, especially in smaller communities that they can play a sport at a high level and not to give up just because they aren't in a large city.
