My name is Joedy Ater and I play Varsity basketball at Adena High School in Frankfort, Oh. I've been very passionate about the sport since I was in biddy ball. I played football and baseball during that time, but basketball has always been the sport that I have enjoyed the most. I really started training harder for basketball going from Junior High to High School ball and really put all my focus on getting better. I started a program called AP prep in 2022 in Chillicothe, OH, which included strength training and agility focused on your sport. I've also been playing AAU travel ball for the past 2 years for TC Elite out of Washington Courthouse, Oh. My sophomore year I received 1st team all SVC in our area and 2nd team All District for Ohio. I also received 1st team all SVC and 2nd team All District this year, as a Junior. My goals are to pursue a college degree for an Ag related major, as well as continue my basketball career, while growing my love for the game.
