Justin Bean '15 Recruiting Profile

My name is Justin Bean.  I just completed my Senior year as a Southmoore Sabercat. I will now be gone for 2 years serving a mission for my Church. I will be back and ready to begin college and begin my college basketball career in the fall of the 2017.
I love basketball.  I have played the game I love, all of my life. I love competing and I love being part of a team.  My desire to be the best I can be on the court and in the classroom is evidenced by what I have been able to accomplish in both areas.  On the court I was named First Team All Conference as a Junior.  I was the second leading scorer in the conference, and leading rebounder, while leading the conference in 3 point shooting percentage. In the class room I am ranked in the top 5 % of my class (21st out of 501 students) with a weighted GPA of 4.47 and unweighted GPA of 3.91.  
I want to attend a University that challenges me academically and gives me an opportunity to get an education that will be second to none while playing basketball for a program that will give me an opportunity to be part of a team where I can continue to develop my talents as a basketball player, while making my teammates better as well. 
I am dedicated in all I do. I am a leader on and off the court, and believe in conducting myself in a way that will bring honor and pride to my family, my team, and my University.
I believe that I will be the kind of player for your program that you will have no regrets ever, for recruiting and I know that I will give my very best to the coach, the team, the school and community that gives me an opportunity to represent them as a member of their TEAM.
