My dreams of becoming a collegiate basketball player started at an early age and continues today. My parents have always been supportive of my pursuits with sports and have continued that support as I have demonstrated my desire to continue playing at the collegiate level while I work towards my degree. I have always found that being in the gym is a way to clear my head and work towards my goals. The gym is a place where I can focus on one thing, becoming a better player. I feel that I am working on becoming a complete basketball player. I have developed a remarkably high understanding of the game which I got from my father who played collegiate basketball. We watch and talk basketball all the time. We have always had honest conversations about my goals and what I need to do to get there. One of my biggest strengths is my shooting. I know when to shoot or when I need to make the extra pass. On defense, I have also learned to use my quickness and length to guard my position. If a team is looking for a 3 and D type player with size that is also an excellent student, I would be a perfect fit.
