Rafael Jesus Morales Candelario '23 Recruiting Profile

     Hey, my name is Rafael J. Morales and I want to play basketball at the highest level possible.

     I've been a student of the game for the past 5 years, and I'm not thinking about stopping any time soon. Like many people, I've been doubted, overlooked, and heavily criticized, but these exact views have only pushed me to break new limits. Therefore I see every season as a new challenge, and like any challenge, there are many lessons we must extract from it.

     I'm excited about this process, and ambitious with the hard work it takes to be one of the best. Good chemistry between teammates is something I constantly strive for, as this promotes a more confident and fluent playstyle. I'm an easy guy to get along with and a quick learner when assigned a new role in the team.

    Off the court, I am a responsible and independent student devoted to maintaining my honours status throughout my postsecondary career.

     My goal is to attend a(n) college/university where I can keep challenging myself, both as an athlete and as a student.
