Dante Forchione '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Dante Forchione and I am a guard on the Athlete Institute Bears basketball team. I would be ecstatic to be able to play basketball at the next level and attain a bachelor's degree in business or a law-related field.

I am a great ball-handler and have excellent shooting skills to go along with my improved play-making abilities, on and off the ball. I love when coaches give me feedback about what I could have done better as it allows me to grow as a player.

I have always held myself to high standards on and off the court as my academics are just as important to me as my passion for basketball. Playing college basketball and in the NBA has been a lifelong dream for me as my love for the game continues to grow. I am always seeking to improve all aspects of my game as I practice multiple times a day outside of regular practice and go to the weight room.

I aim to be a great leader on and off the court by maintaining good grades, training and playing hard, building relationships with others and by being a positive influence on my peers.

Off the court, I am outgoing and have a great sense of humour with friends and the people I know. On the court I am a very competitive individual who pushes himself and his teammates to reach their full potential.
