Hello! I’m Josh and I am a dedicated athlete looking to take my athletics to the next level. I take pride in my sport and working hard is something I never fall short on. I’ve trained relentlessly to become the best athlete and basketball player I can be. I’m dedicated in all aspects of my career, as I spend lots of time on personal fitness, nutrition, skill development, mindfulness and wellbeing, as well as putting great effort and attention into my academic career. Having a player like me on the team brings a relentless athlete on the roster who will not fail to work hard and do whatever I can to bring my best abilities to the table.

Capital Courts Personal Training

I would train at Capital Courts every Friday during certain periods of the school year, making the long commute there alone after I finished my studies. During the summer I trained more frequently with them, having my sessions take place when I wasn't in basketball camps or clinics. I worked hard and frequent with Capital Courts to improve on my fundamentals and to expand my game, creating a solid foundation for any variety of situations I could be in.
