Brewster Ward III '14 Recruiting Profile

My dream has always been to give back to the people and the city that have helped me grow up. Growing up in west Philadelphia we did not have indoor basketball courts to play in or on so we would have to play outside. Knowing west Philadelphia was not the greatest of neighborhoods my mom would not let me off the block to play basketball ball and if I did get a chance to play basketball outside it would be with her watching. Even though I moved to a safer neighborhood in Woolwhich Township, New Jersey I still want to give them an indoor arena that way all the kids can play there non-stop and they would stay out of trouble. Also my dream is to make my mom, and little brother proud of me even more than they are now.My collegiate goals are to play either basketball or volleyball for any college that will let me play for their team. Also my goal is to maintain a 3.0 or higher GPA my entire college life time. What makes me a good candidate is that I am a good person to be around. I am never complaining, or rubbing somebody or the team the wrong way. I am a nice person that always tries to make people smile.  What makes me different is that I always have a good attitude when I am playing and I am never talking back. My grades are always good and I always want to get better in what I am doing. No matter what it is.
