Starting with my academics, I average a 3.5-3.8 GPA. I am currently enrolled in college courses through Mount Aloysius, I have already taken a sociology course through them. I also am currently taking an advanced History course through the Allegheny college of Maryland. Last summer in 2015 I spent a week in Normandy France as an exchange student to represent Turkeyfoot Valley Area High school, also on this trip I spent 3 days touring Paris France. On this trip I spent time living as a student in France, I got to experience time in the classroom and lived in a home environment. I believe that I gained valuable knowledge on this trip and experienced many new cultures and things, much like I would if i went somewhere far away to play college basketball which I am prepared to do, due to my love for the game. Now on to my athletics. I started playing basketball at a very young age playing on a team from third grade on. I played seventh and eighth basketball for Turkeyfoot Valley Area's Jr High team. My freshman year i started on Turkeyfoot Valley's junior varsity team in which I led the team in points, also that same year I played on the Varsity team coming off of the bench as the sixth or seventh man, I also started one game my freshman year for the varsity team. That year although I did not play much I made the most of the time I got shooting nearly 50% from the 3 point line. My sophomore year I started the entire season for Turkeyfoot Valley's varsity team leading all scorers with 13.9 PPG and also scoring 318 points that season. Also my Sophomore year i earned an honorable mention for my District's All-County team. I led my league in three point field goals made with 66 in 22 games while shooting 40% from the 3 point line and 42% from the field. This year my Junior season I averaged 13 PPG leading all scorers while shooting 42% from the field and 46% from the 3 point line. I battled injury because I needed to have my appendix removed and have surgery mid season. I missed 6 crucial games. I returned to practice a week and a half later and returned to the game in just two weeks after surgery. when I came back I scored 30 points while shooting 70% from the field including 5 made three pointers. I played Jr. High football for Rockwood Area school district and started offense, defense, and special teams. I played at Rockwood because my school does not offer football and had a co-op with them. I ran for Turkeyfoot Valleys first ever cross country team this past season in which I started and ran all season. I am currently in my 3rd year of varsity baseball in which i have started all 3 years. I am a starting short stop and I also pitch and I bat third in the batting order. I am also currently in my second year of weightlifting which is a class that my school provides. I use this class to work on my size, strength, and speed. I have a very good work ethic, I currently weight lift in school, go to baseball practice right after school, eat and then go and play and practice basketball. I still find time when i get home to do homework and study. I currently also help coach 2 basketball teams. They are in the fifth and sixth grade, one of the teams is my schools team and the other is a traveling team I help with on the weekends. My goals are to gain knowledge and also work on my skills this summer, I will be attending a team camp through West Virginia university, and I am also attending an individual camp at Duke university. I will also be attending 3 on 3 camps with my teammates and friends as well as playing in many leagues. I recently broke the Pennsylvania state record for 3's in a game with 14 and also had 49 points that game. I currently am still in my senior season averaging about 19 points a game
