My name is Chase Vaughn, and I am a class of 2020 graduate. I play shooting guard for my high school’s varsity basketball team. I am a starter at my position.
I am recognized to be highly athletic (a three sport athlete) and a top student in my grade; taking higher level classes. My primary focus in high school is to maintain my grades while continuing to grow and improve in athletics so I give myself opportunities to reach the highest level of college possible for me.
My next step goals and aspirations are to benefit academically and compete athletically at the collegiate level. I consider myself a good candidate because of my drive to succeed, strong work ethnic and passion for athletics. I want to be the best I can possibly be on the court and in the classroom. What makes me different is that despite the athletic and intellectual talent I possess, I am considered very easy to coach, always willing to learn, and maintain a sense of humility.
