Antonio Rizzuto '18 Recruiting Profile

Basketball is my passion! To excel with something you are passionate about and to help others be successful is extremely fulfilling. To me basketball is motivation to become the best student, athlete and person I can be. Getting good grades, working hard and being involved with my church have all made me the person I am today. I have grown up with the love of the game, and have dreams of becoming great.

This past 2016 season (AAU & Camps), I had many accomplishments.

Lehigh Valley Basketball Ranking Tournament – “Beast of the Tournament”

Hoop Group Elite Camp (Session 1) – Underclassman “All Star”

COBL Performance Camp – Live Period Standout – “Rizzuto can really shoot the basketball & proved on more than one occasion that he can score at all three levels.”

Hoop Group Philly Top 100 (fall) – HG Tweets – “No one is playing harder than 18’ guard, Antonio Rizzuto.  Tough / skilled & can shoot.  Turning a lot of heads.”

NRR – National Recruiting Report – Steve Keller listed Antonio as a 2018, D1 prospect – “Pretty good size off guard who is a decent athlete & has enough handle 2 get 2 the basket & finish.”

The 2015-2016 HS year I was thrilled to receive a few HS basketball honors, some of which include being named “All Tournament Team” at the Sheetz Tipoff Tournament, and MVP at the Donnie Swartz Classic. As a sophomore these were tremendous accomplishments.

I am an extremely hard worker in everything I do. On the court, I outplay, out hustle, and bring the most positive energy to any team I am on. I have a toughness and athleticism like no other guard you will meet.
