2020 Highlights Personal Statement
Basketball is my passion. I believe it takes every individual player of a team to make a team work. I am a team player in every aspect.
I really just wanna make it to the next level. If I don’t go D1, I’m striving for D2, if I don’t go D2, I’m striving for D3, if I don’t go D3, I’m striving for junior college. I just want to hoop, and I’m going to outwork whomever I have to in order to get there.
I am incredibly dedicated to this sport. As a 7th and 8th grader, I was a bench warmer, but I worked hard every day and all summer to win the Varsity Offensive Player of the year award as a freshman. In 10th grade, I was honored to be voted as MVP of my Varsity team.
