Joshua Yarbro '23 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate Goals and aspirations are to find A college that will challenge and better my skill of basketball and prepare me for the NBA and for the real world. What makes me a great candidate for their team is. My love for the game, my leadership skills, the ability to accept constructive criticism, humbleness, and I'm very coachable. I love to play defense, I dive for loose balls, and I like to Hussle and give effort at all times. What makes me different from others in characters would be. I know my place as a player, and I show humility at all times and keeping a positive attitude at all times no matter the situation, and most importantly I'm coachable. As far as athletics I'm a self-starter meaning I take the incitive without being told. I'm harder on myself than most, I'm a gym rat and I always feel like there is room for improvement. And as far as academics I take pride in knowing that colleges are looking for a scholar before an athlete which motivates me and push me to stay on top of my academics.
